okay, fyi, CA capable phone is at least Cat4 and above. Since Mi 5 is using Snapdragon 820, this chip set is able to support Cat12, 3CA (up to 3 carriers). As long as the network that you using is what the phone able to support, in this case Mi 5 support LTE FDD B1(2100), B3(1800), B5(850), B7(2600).
based on latest MCMC spectrum allocation, and previous LTE spectrum allocation maxis is deploying LTE on both B3(1800) & B7(2600). So, i think the only possible for CA is B3 + B7. |
