Hi guys. Noob here.

I've signed my S&P in 2014, and the property is now ready. I've just collected my keys.

However, I still haven't received my loan facility agreement yet although I've already signed it with the lawyers about the same time as signing the S&P. In terms of the mortgage, the only thing I have is the Loan Offer letter.

Is this common, or should I be chasing the lawyer for this?

Chase ur lawyer to get the facilities agreement. One copy must by safekeeping by purchaser

ask him send a copy through email. easier for them

at least two set of docs. 1) facilities agreement 2) charge annexure.

u should have the loan doc with you as your loan draw down follow ur property progress stage.
