Just bought 4 sim cards for supporting him since he is young to doing a bussiness. Unfortunately 2 sim cards cant activated and tell me to go celcom center my own... 20 ringgit each and ask me to go celcom center honestly im bussiness man. Either offer me refund or i just leave it throw the sim. But pls beware before deal woth him. I will stop here.thx

But celcom customer service only allow the owner of the 2 phone number to ask about the status/problem. That is the rules set by celcom and not me. I have done everything i could do as a dealer. And now you as the account holder of that 2 number also should play your part by calling celcom customer service to ask about it or walk in to any celcom service centre.
