AEON Nilai, targeted opened in 2018

An agreement has been signed on 11 June 2015 between Putra Nilai Development Sdn. Bhd. and AEON Co. (M) Bhd to build AEON shopping mall in Putra Nilai.

The proposed new AEON Nilai Shopping Mall set to be one of the biggest AEON mall in Malaysia with the total lettable area of 1.2mil ft2, which is about the size of the IOI Mall in Puchong or two times the size of AEON Seremban 2 or Palm Mall Seremban.

The AEON Nilai is located next to the Dataran Nilai or just opposite the Majlis Perbandaran Nilai. The mall is targeted to be opened to public by the year of 2018 which is three year from now.

Aeon decide to have a first Aeon mall at nilai that means they know something
1. Population in nilai is constantly increasing
2. The demand for a more establish mall with to accomodate more house hold, means more units of family in nilai
3. Is in the middle of kl and seremban allows sepang, salak tinggi, sungai pelek people to come to Aeon.

Residential market if you say what has been sole rely on universities, yes i agree with you and most of the condo has focus on that, but recently there is one development that you may expect the differences, the concept of this development is focus on another group of people and provide them with full fledge security, comfortable and decent environment. From expatriates, to air crews to doctors to lecturer, to the incoming Asean countries expatriate, i believe they will be the front runner. What this condo can bring is lifestyle.

Two more schools to be built in Nilai

NILAI: Two more schools will be built to accommodate the increasing student population following the presence of new residential areas here, says Deputy Education Minister Chong Sin Woon.

He said the construction of the schools should start anytime and will be completed within two years.

"One will be a primary and the other a secondary school. There is a pressing need to build more schools following rapid population increase in the area," he said during a visit to SK Batang Benar here.

He said work would begin soon as the Ministry was already in the final stages of appointing consultants for the two projects.

The schools, which would have 24 classrooms each, would be built in Nilai Impian.

Chong admitted that the two existing primary schools in Nilai – SK Batang Benar and SK Taman Semarak – were already struggling with high enrolment.

On a request from SK Batang Benar for an additional block to allow the pupils to study in a more conducive environment, Chong said the Ministry would look into it.

"The immediate solution for the school would be to have a double session as we would need to seek an allocation for the construction of a new block," he said.

Earlier, school headmaster Baharom Alias said the school, which had 1,058 pupils, did not have sufficient classrooms.

"We have been forced to convert some of the rooms such as the music, living skills and art rooms into classrooms.

"In fact, even some of the teachers are forced to sit in the surau or the computer lab as there was no space in the staff room," he said, adding that the school had 63 teachers.

A sign of increment in population?

Whether is Lili or Putra Nilai or Nilai Impian or other development, we know that Nilai is changing, the question is whether you are investor or own stay, or prefer peaceful place or crowded area. But for sure one thing Nilai is changing. Currently if we all know Nilai is in between stage 1 and stage 2, thats why attract many developers in.

If you talk about KL is already a mature city, for Nilai because it is still under development, and its still has a lot of potential of growth, so if its not yet mature and it has a development that goes from 10 to 20 years, it is still an early stage, therefore we known it as in between stage 1 and stage 2, this is the stage where is the best time to invest, because price is still reasonable and there are still rooms of appreciation.

if you looking at the location where both is situated you can assume that, but not only nilai is already a mature education hub, it has factories all over nilai 3 area, from local to foreign factories, few months ago we got coca cola and paint factory launch its new factory here in nilai, even though this is a small step, we have aeon coming here in nilai, just take the comparison of seremban 2, green street homes before that it was selling like 100k++ for a single storey semi d, because the aeon and other development the price has shot up. nilai, seremban and port dickson is in the plan of malaysia vision valley, so maybe that wll give you a hint from 10 to 20 years what is capable of becoming?

We are not evaluate base on factory but there are factories they provide work opportunity when there are work more population,more population then the mall have business, also not based on only housing development that means the place prosper, it depends on the future development, so those are just what are current there n the future development
