Details of the complaint :
We dealed via phone in the afternoon around 1pm, he come along the way to wangsamaju lrt station, we COD at a mamak stall beside lrt, checked the phone and is in great condition, hv nice chatting and went home happily

today afternoon tested the phone deeply, trasferring all the my data and contact into the nokia 6233, phone turn off after applying theme, refuse to start after tht, tried various method but no cure

call him very frequent 2-3 times or more an hours until now, didnt answer call except 4++pm, a few years old children picked up the call, and call me hold on till it hang off

Any extra details :
hp number 016-2090509, bold indian, as informed he called prakash, hometown from ipoh, working at OCBC putrajaya as a customer service rep picking up phone call, selling off nokia 6233 to upgrade 2nd hand nokia n73 from lyn

Added on February 11, 2007, 1:24 ammods, can he be granted w dispute tag?

i called him yesterday as usual, n he didnt pick up call, even hang it up

i then purposely sent it to original purchase hp shop (atlantis pj ss2/60)from setapak, luckily they took it back for warranty but still only able to take it back after cny

the phone shop remind me the warranty will void if they find it's being repaired before, i didnt know whether spacer did this before

he even online on 09feb after receiving my sms saying i put him on dispute zone

i'm very not happy as his irresponsible attitude, or maybe purposely con me, RM630 meant a lot to me
