Yep have the pokemon with synchronize lead. I usually switch i  a smeargle to catch but too lazy to train one in sumo, so i just have the kadabra learn thunder wave and give it hidden power and no  stab move.

For hidden ability, teach it role play. Easier to know which sos pokemon have hidden ability

The nature of the wild pokemon have the chance to be the same as the alakazam. 50% i think. So if you want modest lunala you need modest alakazam
