I need to apply EPF housing withdrawal for my second home. I hv to provide SPA to show proof that my first property has been sold. But I nvr receive the SPA from the lawyer when I sold my property. My question is do seller suppose to receive the SPA? Thanks.

Thanks. I was represented by my lawyer, I have spoken to the lawyer abt the need of SPA for my EPF application, but he seems not cooperative, he just asked me to go for land search to show proof. Is it a normal practice not to hv SPA for seller?

No, seller must have a copy of the SPA.

You also need copy of the SPA for your CKHT if there is any RPGT

they should give you a copy of the SPA. they should be able to furnish copy of almost all docs as your request.
