I bought this tyre due to cheap price rm88 per tyre 195/50r15 for my spare rim, no wonder it's cheap. Indeed the tyre super noisy like bearing problem noise.

Hmm then cannot use better UHP tires. Not sure about the EP150 but I know CC series from Continental are lousy in terms of grip. Maybe better use Michelin XM2.

Used both before.  Yes xm2 grip better than cc6. But cc6 chesper

I bought CC6 in april and got crack yesterday 24th August 2019..maybe coz i hit bump quite hard..last time use falken hit the bump got benjol 1 tyre..now continental..i go to workshop pomen said tyre is okay can still use..but im not taking any chances lah..im sticking to goodyear from now on..CC6  and falken is not that reliable..[attachmentid=10305278]

I never really had that problem, even in rain i sometimes do go above 90 km/h. I'm pretty sure the CC6 is much better if we were to compared to tyres like silverstone Atlantis or Synergy, personally used falken can't recall the series but it's just too noisy and the wear was pretty significant. 30k km i needed to change my tyres ady. Well if there's any tyre with better grip but much silent when compared to CC6 i'm all in.

PS: using on my Honda HRV, immediately the NVH/road noise greatly reduced.

i was told that cc6 noise level reduction functions will fade as the tyre wears out.... anyone that could confirm that?

I wanted to get the new MC6 just because I've used MC5 before and it was ok. Tyre shop installed UC6 instead. I didn't realize until they finished installation. I wanted to make a fuss, ask shop to remove but they countered with lower price and say MC6 out of stock.

UC6 and CC6 any difference? I'm not a performnace driver. Just want a safe ride.

After using CC6 for a few months, I realised that there is a lot of tiny stones stuck inside the tyres. I feel that those stone makes the tyres no longer quiet as the new one.

Im planning to get the cc6 for my vios as I've juz passed the 3yr/60k mark on this current set. 

Currently driving on cc5 which Im quite a fan due to comfort & noise. My drive are usually long distance and I can go up to 160km/h without much issue. My only concern I have is that occasional drive I have on curves / hills (ex. Karak highway) during rain. So far I do feel handling is abit off during rain, unless i go really slow. But its not so often.

So im thinking should I get wider tires? Currently on 185/60R15. Or any other better tires? Or maintain wt cc6?
Noise level is a priority due to the mundane long drives. 😆

I'm looking to change tyres for my Axia 175/65R14.

Looking at CC6 but found in Shopee selling ES32 in roughly the same price range ( difference less than RM10 per tyre ).

Mostly limited to city driving and low mileage.

Opinion between CC6 vs E32?
