I experienced this too, and it was not a new summons. I don't know what the difference between the MBPJ headquarters and the Menara is, but for the HQ, I just went there, gave my summons to the lady behind the rayuan counter, she stamped the summons, I took a number and wait in turn to pay. For the Menara, it was more hassle, have to go to one floor to fill up a form for rayuan and explain, then go to another floor to pay.
