Hi all, I would like to ask something about RGPT exemption on 1st house.
Previously I had a property which the title was under my name only but the mortgage was under both my wife and myself. I had claimed the RGPT exemption on this when the property was sold.
The question is my wife is going to sell her property which title and mortgage is under her name only. Does she entitle to claim the RGPT exemption here
