Anyone know whether there is a Dell service center in Klang Valley? I got some issue with my laptop where the part of the screen detached from the body. I suspect that some part in the chassis are broken so it can't hold the thing together. But I need someone to look into it physically and quote me the repair cost. (Emailed the dell support, but I think they can't diagnose the problem probably without looking at it physically)

*Edit* My laptop is out of warranty.

I can do extend warranty but his case seem like accidental damage...tat y ask him call himself..

How to ask for post warranty? Definitely not accidental damage, as it just broke off itself when I close my laptop lid.

The dell email support quoted me 2k just for the screen and few hundreds for the hinge. Crazy! (The screen is fine, can turn on.)

When ur warranty expired? I can do extension from tat day... Then only claim screen faulty...

Extend warranty cheaper ma.. but u hv to pandai la.. dun straight claim after extend.. wait like 2 3 weeks then only claim..
