I've actually wanted to buy BenQ XL2430, but then I saw AOC G2460PG which have GSync with it. Question, would GSync monitors make whole lot difference experience than normal 144hz monitors?

using ASUS MG279Q with GTX1070... previously using R9 380 with this monitor and i never turn on Freesync also. never experienced any screen tearing
