First, polis bantuan is not armed.... Second, that is not their scope... E.g. if a customer just exits from a bank and get rob even in front of the bank....the armed guards in the bank cannot do anything even the guards are armed with M16s.... That's protocol

if they fight just outside the building like in middle of the road, they probably dgaf
but then they probably kena wallop by the polis bantuan trafik(the ones riding police pickup truck, clamping cars) for obstructing traffic
a common complaint among soldiers out in the field as water got trapped inside while crossing river obstacles or staying in the rain for a prolonged periods.
That's why many company offer an armor package and APS for Urban Combat and open terrain combat but as all we know that they(like Saudi and Turkey) given the same excuse..... expensive.
