Jokowi himself seems Pro on dual citizenship but the parliament and people still pros and cons, I'm on pro side, the aim is to "take" back our diaspora. Currently, we have limited dual citizenship, only applied for children from mixed nationality parents until the age of 18-22 maximum, after that they must choose one passport.
Singapore doesn't allow dual citizenship either, so I don't think they will able to keep their indonesian citizenship unless they willingly renounce their SG citizenship
