Already stated that it is a Type 85 silenced SMG. The weird pipe-like look is because the entire barrel is a built-in silencer assembly.

SMG very simple design, you have a barrel, bolt, spring and some kind of ammo feed and trigger mechanism can work already. That's why can have some very crude & primitive-looking designs.

The Indonesian Ministry of Defence is currently evaluating proposals from Russia, Turkey, and South Korea in a programme to acquire 50 armoured personnel carriers (APCs) for the Indonesian Marines (Korps Marinir: KORMAR).

Jane's understands from sources close to the procurement process that options being considered are namely the BTR-80 from Russia's Military-Industrial Company, the ACV-19 from Turkey's FNSS, and the Next Infantry Fighting Vehicle (NIFV) K21 from South Korea's Doosan. A sum of USD95 million has been allocated for the programme, and will be provided for under the defence ministry's budget for 2017.

Actually there was a news that Indonesia plans to buy 420 ST Terrex.

Indonesia and Armoured Vehicles

Indonesia plans to buy 420 Terrex 8x8 AIFVs under license from Singapore’s ST Kinetics. In November it finalised a deal to procure 102 modernised Leopard 2 MBTs, 42 upgraded Marder 1A3 IFVs and 11 armoured recovery vehicles from Rheinmetall in a €216m ($290m) deal, which includes logistical support. The deal makes Indonesia the 18th nation operating the Leopard 2.

Actually first part of the video without sound is from the Turkish coup. Military Heli attacking the police compound. And police officers firing back at the heli.

Second part with sound is the actual footage of the cartel boss being taken out with a minigun.
