On another note, I think they shouldn't relocate the Chinese school(s) from Semenyih town to Eco Majestic. Leave the school as it is. I think Ecoworld should come up with a new SRJK© or chinese school in EM.

Just to share some light on Chinese school, only reallocation is allowable, so far there won't be any new Chinese school will pop up. All the Chinese school that happen to be build in new town ship or mature area is all reallocation from outstation to Kv. And the progress took years too. Some few example can look into cyberjaya side of the Chinese school.

And EM mall, u guys enjoy setia walk dulu ba. EM mall not sure how long will it take to become realistic.

Bungalow land. Its a good buy. So you can take it easy. Sleep well at night. The lake inside gentlebre is much much better thn Cradleton lake. Merrydale lake "as of today" no eye see. Using cow grass to feed the moo. At least cradleton lake also got carpet grass. If 1 i say one, 2 i say 2.

Where were you during the launching days of DPC first ever phase and during the period of almost VP?

Nowadays there is damn lot of jokers and clowns. At first complaining about the slope, cow grass/carpet grass, backlane width, landscape, bare pond, match stick trees, and now even came out with 3rd party self-hired inspection team to check the built quality during construction.

Ask them to wait until VP and they will complain that when everything is done it will be too late to rectify and bla bla bla. Speechless la wei

If piping is not provided, you can see black aircond insulations running everywhere outside the houses. Externally really looks very ugly. Even your house is OK, the majestic feel gone already.

Another dissapointment. 

The first photo with water pipe wasn't any nicer.

Second photo is worse. if the air conditioning is for living room, the black pipe will run at porch area.

The plot size look much bigger than Eco Ardence 1.4M semi-d although different of 300K.
