But why no aircond piping? They have designed a place compressor placement? Otherwise we need to hack inside the wall ? or imagine if every house having a black hose exposed on the wall and more likely piping length for every house are not equal.

But I believe aircond point should be listed under specs, maybe just us or at least just me that not careful enough on all specs listed.
We are the one that didn't look into that before this.

I think the deciding factor will be the double story houses vs the Gentlebre (only bungalow land and trees and landscaping comparisons only).

Based on the Gentlebre and cradleton progress pics and handover, we would already know what the other feel of the future precints or future houses will be... ie you will get more if you pay more premiums.....

If I were to pay mthly maintenance fees I would expect the inside perimeter to be more beautiful and esthetics than the outside perimeter ....like u don't mind going to pay more for a booze if u can see more pretty gals in a more expensive pubs.....sigh..

6 guards minimum, 3 guards two shifts. Need at least two at entrance when one is patrolling. I think first year would have 8 guards, until we not afford then reduce to 6.
