U sure bro? Uem said they need 3 years to get water supply ready for serene heights thts y vp in 3 instead of 2 years, so if it's just ensuring d water supply is ready for connection then they could have finished construction within 2 years n hand over to buyers

Correct bro, sa said syabas informed them they need more time to ensure water supply so that owners won't be left high n dry after vp. Maybe setia is confident in getting water supply ready within 2 years for seh 2

No, stated vp is 3 years, they attach a copy of d approval letter in spa. It doesn't say 3 yes vp is because of water supply issue

Ok so far d disbursement no delay. Nt sure whtr it's d sa blow water or nt, d fact is d vp had been extended another year - any way next year is another slow prop year so good to delay vp for investors but cons is pay extra progressive interest
