DPC is great after the great performance when it took years to yielded the results. No developer able to make heaven before anything completed and running.

It could be so....usually authorities approval plan cannot change it...only see EW try their best to improve the backlane ( otherwise the private lawn also provides carpet grass ) and give some suggestion😬

EW's vision is "Creating tomorrow and beyond".  Tomorrow create what? Create an imaginary products that they can't realize? Don't talk about tomorrow and beyond,  when today's problems still haven't resolved yet.

Looking at the latest backlane photo,I can't stop shaking my head.  I doubt EM does not know what they are supposed to create.

Not to say I do not want to evaluate the product objectively. Willing seller,  willing buyer. We agreed on the buying price based on what EM has promised to deliver. Everything has been costed in,  inclusive the backlane garden.

You are talking too much sense that it almost hurt, I don't understand why some didn't get the point. I'm not even a Cradleton purchaser but I'm still pissed with EM especially the landscaping too.
Having said that, I still have small hope that EM can make amend with all these over-promised issue else they will not get my business in future and/or even warn my family/friends about it (from a EM purchaser).

From those photo, really do not feel impression like what they show in house model. I feel SEH p3 & p2 look much nicer. Even my fren who collected Vpe land from gentlebre also feel regret as they paid premium price but end product cant fight with SEH p2 (Arroyo Garden).

Ya..i think so as my fren say they wont buy EM product again. If they able to get arroyo garden on tat time, they wont buy at gentlebre. Who know pay more but get product which cant compare v arroyo garden.

for cradleton buyers we have being in long winded discussion in this forum discussing from rear end to the front end....the lobbyist will say wait wait tunggu tunggu belum vped.....but for gentrebre already vped.....n does not look like brochure...for cradleton we have our Donald Lim lobbying for cradleton....
