More trees are planted there?!. It doesnt look as naked as before. Thit is a better foundation for us.

So confused. Cradleton buyer booklet showed one lake go through cradleton n merrydale right? Only one lake.

So if you want to compare illustration vs end product, should compared w official buyer booklet, not that jasoncat's photo, his photo even the house structure also not in details. Funny.

Btw, im fine with lake.

Everything inside the precint are more important to buyer. Outside precint are just bonus and public access.

You're supposed not to install anything that is publicly visible (facade) which I suppose same goes to the air cond compressor. I was quite shock few years back when I visited the show gallery that the sales rep told me that it will not be provided.

Problems :-

Copper tape

1.) Not providing copper tape means that you'll need to pay more for copper tape to run all the way from each rooms / hall etc all the way up to the roof / water tank area.  It's not a huge problem, what you'll need to do, pay more, that's all.

Drain pipe

2.) You'll need to conceal / hide all these pipes even though they've painted it for you. Adding a PVC pipes are cheap if it was done at the beginning stage. TO hack and conceal and repaint will have a different cost = bear by the owner.

3.) Worst is, if you can't find a proper way to run the drain pipe (gradient), you'll either need to link it to your toilet (expose) or you'll either modify the main drain pipe. Workable but troublesome.
My point is, these are minor thing that is cheap if they are details enough to think about the consequences for the purchaser. As a developer that has established this long, they should've already cater for problems like this. If you were to ask me why I did not complain for problems like this :-

1.) Telling to the sales rep, they'll smile and divert my complaint. Maybe will tell me "Ok, I'll forward your concern to the management" . Case close
2.) Asking for Evon contact. The sales rep will say " Why you need her contact? We can't give it to you. But you can tell us your complaint." Case close again

Anyway, these are all workable items which will not affect the quality of the house. It is just an added value that you're expecting them to provide but they did not. If you start to ask too much, there will be people who start shooting you. Opss  doh.gif  whistling.gif

Can ecoworld staff help clarify on this piping issue? Is it true?
We are buying strata title for uniformity, why let individual owners to decide on the piping? Messy.

I feel ecoworld like to focus on fancy things like the visitor pre-registration apps thingy, but neglected on the basic realistic thing.

SA showed us beautiful landscape illustrations images via ipad. Nice roundabout driveway, beautiful flowers and trees, as well heavily promote the backlane garden to us. They claimed ecoworld would deliver as per image shown in ipad.

Sad fact is up to date, site progress photos doesnt resemble upto 50% of the images used to impressed us.

Dont hope excitement. Wait cradleton VPed, you see the difference between illustrations vs reality, use the same "scale" to adjust/lower your expectation, it should be your tenderfield

I believe no buyer (except EW staff) will happy with EW landscaping, which is their MAIN selling point. Also the reason I paid for extra premium for relocation at semenyih.

Ecoworld class = Class for ecoworld.
