 Weird windows firewall exceptions

Found this two:iexplore.exe and explorer.exe in my windows firewall exceptions,are they virus?I dont see this in other people's computer blink.gif .Even i deleted them,it still come back after a while or if i open IE.
Also spybot had detected this virus :Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.FirewallBypass.I suppose it was cleaned but it also keep coming back after that.
note:my com is using AVG antivirus(full)/antispyware(trial),adaware SE and spybot.

Hi,
Send the files in question to virustotal for scanning. you will then know if the files are infected/rogue files.
Try other AV to clean the mess or alternative use sysinternal program to remove the registry key that activates this
