your reseller license can be revoked, if you're found doing that. Well as what Maxis told me.

well i am not here to proof anything. Just wan to clarify only.
Since LYN practise 'legal trade only', i do not hope it goes down one day because of this.

If is a shop/reseller. 100% sure they must sell only at recomm. price. Else do a complaint to maxis and see the result.

on it, its printed like
rm30 sold @ rm29.50
rm60 sold @ rm59.00

btw who with a sane mind would want to report a seller who sells at cheaper rate well other than the competitor next door tongue.gif

Well, if they can't sell cheaper, then what's the purpose of our fellow members offer online reloads here. I guess they can only stay competitive by giving some discounts. I don't view this as something highly illegal if indeed it is not allowed by telco companies. I always get my reloads at 5% to 10% discount. Of course, I'll leave the decision to the admins and mods.

Actually, I think your intention isn't that of legality. What you did in your thread was not selling prepaid cards for honest profit as the other resellers here are doing. What you're doing is selling off the credit and then keeping the empty cards for company reimbursement. That is just plain cheating. Even now you've opened a thread to buy empty cards for the same purpose.

You're just pissed because your thread got closed and now you're here dragging down other people's businesses. Be aware that your thread got closed not because it was illegal but because of you trying to gain profit in an underhanded manner.

nesus pal, dont try to be smart la.grow up la
i dont get it. Why does it have to drag my old story into here?

i admit i was wrong trying to cheat my company. but does that mean i cant voice out my queries? or trying to cheat MAXIS o other telcos is ALRIGHT?

whats the different between mine? they are cheating/abusing the right as reseller.

I am talking legality here. dont brag too far.

AFAIK, e-pay resellers are entitled for 7% discount. So maybe they're selling at that price.

Seriously, why complain about this? I don't think Maxis/Digi cares. As long as they get back their money. How the shop gives them their money, doesn't really matter, does it?
