Soft OR Hard Resets?, What are they & when to do them?

depend on ur phone wan hard or soft lar(cant tahan if use hard)
hahaha,joking,actually if ur hp lag or something,hard format is ur only choice,coz soft format only reset something(for me,its seem like useless)

yup,juz prees that thing ,then enter 12345 ,then hp will restart
