in putrajaya, I can get this IP range:124.82.x.x ->ok, can achieve max speed in certain time.
60.48.x.x ->same as 124.82.x.x but I noticed it slow since this week.
60.53.x.x ->ok, average speed...can achieve max speed also
60.51.x.x -> shitty IP like dial-up speed...nway it becomes stable during the day (~6am - 5pm). don't know what they do
124.13.x.x ->this one looks new to me but it's bad crap slow same like 60.51.x.x series
