took uber to work, driver called say arrived but i dun see him so ask where is him, he say his at v*** condo while my condo is next door so guide him there. after 1min, called again n ask where am i, told him im standing at the lobby and again he went to wrong condo. after another minute, called again n say couldn't find my condo. wtf man uber gps kan ada still cant find my condo, sign so big outside there also cannot c, in the end i scolded him n ask him just wait at the roadside n i walk down there.

Uber gps memang banyak problem. Cant properly locate your pin. Thats why usually if they just follow map, they will most likely get lost

All the sudden he turn towards sentul
Merry go round a few times in sentul then only reach mutiara kompleks
When picked me up, uber gps instruct to use jln segambut which require a u turn.
I told him to go straight, directed him to my office.

You used Pin as your pickup point or type in the name of your condo as the pickup point?

If you type in the name of your condo as the pickup point then he should have been able to find it.
If you use the Pin or let Uber app auto detect your location, not surprised driver sometimes will have difficulty finding your condo.

chintiMy suggestion is to make use of the search e.g. 'Vista Condo' instead of using the pin provided by Uber. It works well for me.

Give us your condo name to justify if he deserved that one star or you're the idiot because your condo is not easy to find.

Normally when i order uber, i make it a point to walk to the roadside so the uber driver cam locate me easily.

This is weakness of uber. They auto assign the drivers. Next time try using grab. At least grab drivers can see where u are going and can make a decision.

What u pay vs what they get is not the same

U pay them RM 10 they are getting less than RM5, the rest all uber takes

Actually this is not good. Its better for the driver to know where a passenger want to go. At least they can accept rides on routes they are more familiar with.

Nowadays lots of noob ass drivers joining for quick cash. Last time was ok.

my last few rides was bad, the drivers have no idea where my location, don't bother to call, just kept driving in circles and wasting time. Another one , give him directions, don't want to follow.
