Never know on the withdrawal part via Msian card.
I got my wallet activated when click on red packet.
Now my wallet have about RMB17. Never bother to withdraw.
There are people selling RMB for WeChat wallet top up.
There is plan for Malaysia market just don't know when our bank going to support the app/wallet.
