they are actually know how incentive works. besides:

1. no need to maintain AR, CR, SR, 0.1 % less or more your incentive gone.
2. can say bye bye to ma pren most of the time.
3. if u heard grabcar suspends/terminates drivers without valid reason, u know most of them yg kena are incentive drivers.
4. cash is fast, incentive u wait next friday.

so you saying do cash only don't do incentives? is there a selection or category that you can select to do cash only and select NO promo trips?

No, the promo still applies. Just that those drivers do not try to hit the required ratings needed for the guaranteed incentives.

not really true and very much depends on grab calculation. someone says they did 39 trips and only got 150 incentive? for 39 trips the driver is easily doing 20 hrs to 30 hrs, and at minimum of 20rm per hour they should be hitting 400rm incentive, but only receives 150rm. wasted time and petrol.

Doesn't sound like you know how the incentives work mate.

unless non incentive drivers have better fare. if grab really give much better fare for non incentive driver, you will probably see more drivers in this category, which maybe good, less paper work and less compliant from drivers on getting less incentives, which was true in most cases.

they key is drive smart not drive hard. if you drive during non peak hour? vs driving during peak hour. sure very big different the incentive.

hard core incentive driver will drive during UP, HP and MP only. netting 2k per week.
P and below rest time.

A)

Total CASH collected - RM420
Total INCENTIVE grab give - RM380

Total CASH collected - RM250
Total INCENTIVE grab give 650

Total CASH colleted - RM 400
Total INCENTIVE grab give - RM400


In the end, what driver get is the same. Just what make it different is how much u spend on the weat, tear and petrol.
That why, when it higher incentive time, short distance ride is the best.

Example.

Ultra Peak Hour - 6pm-7pm thursday. 1 trip. Total Guarantees RM35

A)

U got a trip RM27 to KL from Shah Alam. U got RM25 cash and additional RM10 in incentive.

B

U got a trip RM5 from IKEA Damansara to Pelangi Damansara. U got RM5 cash and RM30 in incentive.


So, if u understand what i try to say. If u got more CASH means u will receives less incentive. If u receive less CASH, the u will get more incentive. In the end, the final payment is still the same.

Maybe s/he was driving alot of P & B hour blocks. The fares collected exceeded the guaranteed amount for P & B. So that means no incentive.

If go for incentive, must drive during MP, UP and HP hour blocks. P & B hours - collect high fares better.
