i have fetch so many zero fare rider during these period.
some attitude is worse. RM3 fare, go to the condo lobby, wait few minutes. never bother to greet us. himself also a foreigner worker in service industry, i guess ....
grab should give more benefit to driver and not rider. rider can give discount but maybe like 50% or RM5 but must be RM10 fare above ....
i dont expect much but need more HP like 12pm-1pm for us to break even.
how to drive if few hour straight all P..... i dont work for charity ....
they slowly reduce the promo code eligibility already, last time was whole day long, now squeeze to 9am to 5pm.
Again a handful rider attitude still pissing me off, we can't filter customer like Uber rating.

85% is like 3 reject trip in 20 job, or 1 every 7 job. Very simple to count back
