I'm fine with the blog link of explanation of cancellation, but please educate the rider properly also. Don't ask us to educate rider and end up driver suffer doh.gif

Now i saw someone posted in facebook, ignoring jobs too much also lead to suspension of 24 hrs, all this nicely done by Grab without informing advance or stated in their T&C. Even GDMA exco member has nothing to comment.

It seems Grab has gone downhill with their action towards driver, passenger cancellation close one eye, driver cancellation (add in rider cancellation) take it seriously.

Those maid has been through how ridiculous Taxi charge them, so when Grab Car launch, they save more by upfront fare

Quite often i receive tips for waiting indonesian maid, it is still token of appreciation for sacrificing my time, there is once i received RM40 for RM26 fare, ask me to keep RM14 because i've waited for her about 15-20min.

Some locals are quite nice, even KFC worker after work using promo code and pay RM1 for four of them, still hand me 2 box of whipped potato, i guess it still boil down to personal attitude. thumbup.gif

Next time when u see pick up location at Mall like Midvalley, Pavillion, One Utama, Pyramid, just call them and re-confirm location, that would save u a lot of time and trouble

5) This last one is quite "evil", use sparingly only when you are desperate. If the rider is not contactable(phone off & no double tick for chat msg) and it is RM3 short trip not using grabpay, just press pick up then drive for 500m and drop off.

if it is match, then follow the system to drop off customer.

Different drop off location need to notify CS, about the fare either u maintain the same or re-quote using Grab apps and seek for customer approval.

But normally that area hardly any match unless it is heading towards KL/PJ.

10 months, my total incentive payout is in excess of RM40k.  Within that 10 months, I had like 30 days off, holiday, balik kampung, work outstation.  I have a fulltime job tho.  So, I'm glad, I made the best out of the 10 months.  I saw this coming.  When I first started, I also asked alot of riders which were fresh graduates to take this opportunity to build up their financial savings.  But now, things have changed.  When incentive was good, there were a lot of drivers in KL, you won't get b2b booking with 20-30 minutes waiting time.  E.g. dropping off at beach club, get b2b from pavilion, at 6.30pm on a weekday.  These days, u will get alot of this so becareful, turn off the b2b until u really really almost drop off.  The reduction in incentive and the removal of busy areas have sent false signal to alot of drivers.  They avoided KL, thinking that they can't make money out of it.  But drivers like me, without much choice, still had to drive in KL and I benefited from it.  Even if I want to run away back home to Ampang, people in Ampang still want to go to KL. Hahaha!  This is the trend,  people in Ampang go to KLCC & Pavilion.  People in Pandan & Maluri go to Berjaya Times Square.  And these are all single digit trips.  It was just too easy.   

But sadly, these days, passenger cancelled, driver also kena and and I am very sure it's more about grab trying to kick out all the heavy incentive drivers.  Instead of putting a ban on me, it could've been sweet if they told me, "thank you for your service, it's time for the new blood to take over, we cannot afford you anymore."

Invest now is kinda risky, if 1 year ago u probably making back the money on your investment.

We foresee incentive going to reduce in future, don't know when, by that all driver going to earn by fare only. If u have a car eligible for their requirement, might as well drive it and earn as much as possible.

Grab app is really bodoh mah, i'll just tell off that customer to lodge complain to CS instead to me, u complain to me also useless, we are not Grab staff, they won't listen to driver one.

Got one time i just tell customer to key in pick up location instead of using pin-point function, because that pin-point function is rubbish. Don't believe me, just use their apps and u will know.

My friend ask me how come Tuesday fare was ridiculous low, then I check up, grab really screwing those full time driver

Grabcar fare is same with grabshare fare, no wonder my friend took grabcar on that day and driver was shocked for all the low fare he encounter

As i say, Grab is totally screwing flexi driver and themself, incentive driver didn't suffer at all.

I suspect Grab go reset that server and whole thing screw up, a lot of grunted driver on that day as well.

U driving in klang valley? U have to decide to drive with incentive or fare, if incentive then short trip is your friend, if fare short trip is your enemy

Make the targets realistic

Stick to your plan but know when to accept that your plan simply can't work

Your never to old to try something new if your old plan fails. I'm 37 this year.

Be flexible on your plans to accommodate unforseen events and circumstances
