reason can be depends on the situation. sometime i cancel, sometime rider refuse to cancel, sometime no show
but this week i get alot fker riders that booked, arrived, waited, then no show or booked, ok to wait, arrived, cancelled me

which GDC staffs who drive car never jam brakes? it could be several factors, not just driver's fault.
if the car in front of you sudden brake, takkan you langgar dia mah. bodoh ke

maybe next time is rider complaint the 5 min eta pick up time is too long. you have to reach location within 1 min (crap: but i secretly assign far pick up to you )

im going to call them and ask how am i going to submit the story of my side while my account get suspended + no access to the booking ID.
every 2-3 days i will send a summary email about those cancellation by rider or what so ever situation. consider very helpful to take care their rider quality but then kena suspended.
