It is not first time i encounter that, is like 4-5 times already. Even i'm at Bangsar/Bangsar South also receive UM job ping, a lot driver boycott that area due to some of the student attitude.

Guys i think they are taking necessary action to wipe all incentive driver. Dont even ask me go for class. Already want to ban me forever. No sms plus cr only 5.7

Imagine 100 trips, 5 bloody selfish riders just want to get their record clean and blame driver.

reason can be depends on the situation. sometime i cancel, sometime rider refuse to cancel, sometime no show
but this week i get alot fker riders that booked, arrived, waited, then no show or booked, ok to wait, arrived, cancelled me

im going to call them and ask how am i going to submit the story of my side while my account get suspended + no access to the booking ID.
every 2-3 days i will send a summary email about those cancellation by rider or what so ever situation. consider very helpful to take care their rider quality but then kena suspended.

i thought Seah Goh said : if anything, you can just email to Grab CS.
