Hi, usually grab takes how long to activate their driver? mine already 2 weeks, plus fb message them no response at all.

After i request for detail breakdown and realise the formula by Askar Perang is not usable anymore

For Example during UP slot:-
Trip 1 - RM10
Trip 2 - RM5
Trip 3 - RM5
Total Fare RM20
Guarantee Rate = RM42

Online Minute = 50min

Formula 1 (As per old one and Askar Perang formula)
Incentive = (42-20)*50/60 = RM18.33


Formula 2 (As per Grab calculation)
Incentive = (42*50/60)-20 = RM15

Do u guys see that difference by switching to formula 2?

You know grab very side customer one.

The Grab system is so stupid, i don't know how the hell they get the estimated time. Waze show me 10 mins and the apps dare to write there 6 mins, end up i today cancelled one customer arguing with me by msg. Knowing this customer will going to drag down my rating and just cancel on my own.
This kind of customer no need go to her another pick up destination, reach location click "i'm here", 5min no show cancel then pass the next hour slot, good for me to pass the remaining minutes. I rather earn less RM7 to face this shitty customer.
Top up another RM5 or nearest to RM20 and i'll gladly doing that, in between can snake into Petrol station and go to toilet.

If get a ride for Grabshare but without second rider pick up, does this counts as 1 ride or 2 ride??

Also, for the hour incentive block:
Say for 12pm-1pm:
pick up 3 rides, for the 3rd ride (pick up 12.50pm but drop off 1.20pm), consider as 3 rides or 2 rides as the drop off time is 1.20
