correct, if no part timers incentive drivers, flexi drivers also susah, the shorts trips request all bounce to them and then affect AR.  No stupid flexi drivers want to take RM4 GS trip and drive for 30mins from idaman residence to pavilion.  only silly incentive driver like me will do that.

Thay selayang, kepong, jinjang are the places that i dont want to go.  Maybe i havent been enough, but i see there is no pattern in that area.

I from Bandar utama area, of course one of the hotspots is 1utama, sure got customer.... Trouble is about one in four jobs tend to go to kepong or Sri damansara area.... After that get stuck north of the toll Liao....

also got rider who fare is RM6, but just ask whether i want to accept RM5 or RM50, of course i take RM50 and return balance to him, why i need to rugi RM1 ?

I just received my ambasador sms for this week yesterday lol....

so i was cruising around sri hartamas looking for riders around 1 am and i received a ping. pickup location is the icon residence. on my way there i got alot of sms. when i reach guard room i open the sms and it was from the rider.

rider said her unit number bla bla bla. ok la normal stuff then 2nd sms 9and these are the real sms that she sent me"can you please help us inform guard house to check on our unit, please go to guardhouse and inform guard to come up to our unit, we suspect got robbery break-in. we afraid to make nois eso we call grab car, we are in side the bedroom locked inside".

so i did what they asked and then another sms came " please dont go after checking, we so worry because somebody was trying to unlock our master bedroom door".

i was like wtf is this....

so i waited while the head guard ordered 2 of his guys to go to the unit and check everything. i went back tp my car and chill there. after 30 mninutes the lady came down and thanked me. she canceled the ping infront of me and gave me rm50 as colateral damage for my time waiting..

Wow. Story of the day man.

Customer fault also we need compromise. Appeal is useless. Judges is only customer oriented and wont care for their partner. Give some sweets to let driver take all responsbility and risk

i dont think rider rating should be known to us but grab has to be proactive in weeding out toxic riders out form the system.

before that can Grab do a check on all the accounts to see if all of them have a working phone number. i hate it when reach a pickup location and call the rider only to hear, this number is not in service......

those without a working phone number grab should send a msg to their app saying please update your phone number or cannot book car until they do it.

they need to have sms blast system.

just blast all of the phone numbers in the system with a promo code notification msg.

in 2 days u can get the data back from the system. the data consist of how many smses were successfully delivered. how many still pending, how many failed delivery along with the phone numbers of the failed delivery.

you extrapolate the phone number from that data which has a unique rider id for each app and phone and u send the update your phone number msg to them. fail to comply in 7 days consider the rider dea ady and can close acc.
