I have pickup a few rides with promo code discount, may i know where and when is the promo appear in the driver app's wallet?

Apologize as a bit confusing on this credit and cash wallet...

Yesterday 11pm ish I was stuck in jalan kuching. Wanted to go up to jalan tun razak. Realize that the slip road from jalan tun razak to make the u turn to pay and to turn left into jalan ipoh police closed the road.

Pwtc from yesterday till Sunday will have a 72 hours nonstop bazaar.

Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman and Jalan Raja Laut is also jammed up yesterday evening.

Jalan Tun Razak heading towards jalan kuching is also jammed.

My advice for anyone driving today is stay out of kl...

got another cheapskate rider this morning

dont want to use highway, okay, i am fine with this, because early morning ard 630pm and use highway also not saving alots

worse is, ask me to fetch him back, but later take him to the nearest petrol station to withdraw money.
i insist why not withdraw money first then go home (if to avoid got ping coming in)
but the joker insist go back home 1st

then only i realised he go back home is to take hsi mother to the pasar, which should be near to the petrol station
bugimak this kind of customer. when i said why not use multistop, he claim he dont know

travel extra 1-2km and have to wait for him to withdraw money while mother stay inside the car like boss

Grab have all kind of cheapskate and sohai riders

Hi all sifu, wanna ask, if I sign up to become grab driver but I use those rental programs and maintain good record and rating etc. on my account, but if one day I wanna switch car rental provider (changing to diff car) or I buy my own car, will my account have a fresh start or will the old history be brought over or updated to my new car?

Facing some life difficulties right now and might need to double up on my work time and work as grabdriver as well, I see got a few grab recruiters here in the forum that provides the rental service and also provides training etc so we can maximize our earning, anyone got any suggestions? Let's say if I am able to fork up at least 6-8 hours per day for a whole week, will I be able to get a comfortable nett income after counting in RM450-500 rental fee per week?

Hi,yesterday my uncle's phone was stolen by a customer. His phone running Grab application was hold by mobile stand at middle of his car. Phone was taken in front of him while he is busy finding change to give back the customer.

Police report was made, all the customer details of that thief was provided to police by Grab.

But my uncle didn't make enough money to buy a phone to continue his Grab career.

Would like to know if anyone here knows do Grav has insurance for such case?

Lastly, police said there are many similar cases reported lately, Grab drivers are advised not to put their phone in middle or any place that is easy accessible by customer.

Today's traffic is somewhat odd... But so far, jam around the city center.
Even so, quite a number of pings I received b2b again and again. End up, 5 jobs in 1 hour. Pickup locations are like 2-3km from my location too~

High price is very common now. Be it gc or gs.  Gs high price can be higher than gc normal price.

Not bad...Still somehow I also lazy this week. Must work harder again.

yesterday got 1 joker family, pick up at Sg Way going to Masjid Jamek Kg Baru. reached there alsop said not this one, is KL near OCBC one.
so i just meniton is not my fault bwecause i just follow what she booked.
then i charge RM4 for bring them to new destiantion. Actually rugi as that is HP hr and jam also

end up my rating from 4.85 to 4.80

at one time my rating is 4.94, now got over 500 ppl rated me

so evening i got accident, ppl knocked me from behind (not during grab)
so i have to stop for 1-2 week. then i need to re think whether worth to continue drive or not ?

i think i may still driving, probable more like grab hitch, because i doing sales.

btw, if i want to discontinue and cancel my grab driver account, what is the procedure and i can get back 'all' my credit/ money , right ?

Hahaha, raider are abusing gs, just now pick a game job, when arrive, 4 ppl, I told the indon lady gs max only can 2 ppl, than time, another ping came in, no choice but have to ignore, the indon keep say Tak apa lah, memang boleh lah..

asking a noob question... yesterday was my first day on grab.

I realized that Grab app doesn't have the ping sound when there is a ride request. How do i turn it on?

I'm using ios 10.

Uber force me to retire after saying my 2007 car too old. so i went to grab and after inspection, boleh jalan and now on Grab already. hahahaha....

yes i am. yesterday was my first drive. it's true that grab can earn slightly more. but app user-friendliness is still uber better.

rider quality, uber marginally better but Grab top up is kinda troublesome especially nowadays lotsa cash riders.

yes, it's a vios 2007. but i think when 2018 come, all platforms won't take me in. Hopefully by then can buy new car but sakit hati to trash new car.

i think it's very hard for me to hit the incentives as i don't do this full time.

Last night I kena dua fake booking... jubake sungguh. One at KL Sentral, ping directed me in front of coffee bean Nu Sentral. So I went there. Tell the customer I have arrived via apps 2-3 times. Tried to call the number but it is not in service. WTF weiii... 2nd customer even worst, in front of KFC Bukit Bintang, no option to msg via apps, only call and SMS. Call no one pickup. LJ sungguh.
