Today I online GC after shopping at 1U around 7pm. High fare ping keep coming for 2 hours. Finally ended up in Bukit Bintang with total fare collected RM 79 for about 35 km of driving.

well if you picked up riders from Cyberjaya to KLIA RM48 is much more than Uber you'll get RM 25-28 exclude Uber fee yet ya....
so basically sending rider from Cyberjaya to KLIA earns more than UBer with Hitch

You need to give up driving for Uber. You are required to provide your Uber account details hopefully is just for Grab to monitor your account activities and not to terminate your Uber account.

You can try to cheat the system (stating you only drive for Grab), but I guess is an auto ban if you are caught.

I called service line to ask on the online hours. They say need to be online on the given time frame. Lets say 6am - 9am, we cannot offline within tat time. If not no incentive. Wat happen if tat day we sick or we have emergency need to offline for 1hr? All the hard work for tat week gone loh?
But again I'm not sure if tat lady giv me correct info or not😰

Incentive is by hour block. Example: 7am to 8am, Monday is MP hour. If you're part-time, that's rm35 guaranteed for u if u got 1 trip.

Let's say you u got 1 trip during that hour and the trip was rm10.
So, rm35 minus rm10. Grab will pay you rm25 incentive.

So, for that hour, rm35 in total minus 20% = you get rm28. U have to minus petrol and some for maintenance. So, net profit around rm20- rm23...

Thanks for ur advise. Sorry i forgot to say i actually call to check if ambassador program is oso the same like u said. But tat cs says its different. We need to be online on the block given. Hmmmm....
