Yup, I report every no show. I kena also last week.

And I report those make me wait long time too. Usually I will cancel them and report to CS. And CS told me something..they said everytime these "foreigners" kena complain by us, they will call them to educate them. And by the 8th time kena complain by drivers, GC will suspend their rider acct.

So fellow grabbers, please call CS for every no show and those made you wait long time. Let's get rid of these riders..

There is a video to educate drivers. But there's no video for riders. Alot of riders still dunno that grabcar is max 4 persons. Alot riders still dunno there's this thing called 6 seater. And with grabshare coming, I bet alot of them will not know it's max 2 persons only.

Grabcar should do a video to educate the riders also. Make them watch the video and take a questionnaire. Upon completion, give the riders a promo code lor. Maybe rm8 off. I'm sure many riders will watch and take the questionnaire if there is benefits for them.

The video must include Don't make your drivers wait...!
And don't eat in the car. Don't slam the doors. Have small change ready. No pit stops - or driver can charge you additional. Toll is paid by riders, not drivers. Please always key in pickup point (using the auto one is not accurate).

If riders are more educated, then our work as drivers also smoother. We won't be wasting time waiting for them to come down from their condos, we won't be wasting time looking for the actual pickup point, lesser pitstops, lesser problems and all these will make us more efficient.

By the way, alot riders are complaining about b2b. They say how can we accept a request when we haven't drop our rider? B2b rider have to wait long time.

This b2b will only teach rider to order much much earlier cos they know have to wait long time. Sigh..

Our cost too high already. Not making money. Need more MP hour blocks baru berbaloi...

It's gonna be higher fare due to high demand.

If you camp at the same place at the same time everyday, chances of getting the same rider with same route (same pickup point and destination) in the same week is there.

So be smart lor. And if really get same rider with same route in the same week, then apologize and cancel it. Tell them GC might think it's gaming.

I have driven for 3 months now - same rider I kena twice. But never same route and in the same week before.

They can cancel anytime...

6 seater don't have AR or CR to worry about. It's different from Grabcar.

Go back to your job history and see the time of the jobs.

Example, you drove at 1pm hour block. You got 3 jobs (example: 1:10pm, 1:30pm and 1:45pm) - for 3 trips during P hour block in penang is RM31.
So,you take RM31 minus RM15(each of your job was RM5 right?) = RM16 is your incentive which Grab will top up to your credit wallet today (tuesday).

My advice is better do only JP, MP, UP and maybe some HP.
Imagine you do 3 trips during JP hour - RM52.
RM52 minus RM15 (lets say each trip is still RM5) = RM37 is your incentive.

Btw, the RM37 is belum tolak Grab's 20% commission ya. So, if you tolak is RM29.6

Yes, do 3 trips enough in an hour. 4th trip, you rugi jor.
If you are driving your 2nd trip at 8:20pm and its short trip...start drive slow slow lor. Use the traffic light.
Also, always start online 1 minute after the hour. Example: 8:01pm, 9:01pm... so you dont get job from previous hour (example 7:59pm job)

Max you want is 3 trips in that 59mins.

And like someone already commented, if you offline half an hour earlier, then you only get half incentive.
If you offline 15 mins earlier, than its 45 divide 60 x your hour block incentive..

But let's say you finished 3 trips and it's 8:55pm...5 mins left, then I will advise you to just off it la... Wait till 9:01pm, then start again..
