Depends... they only can track your location. They wont know if the passenger is still in the car. Sometimes we just want to kill the time to avoid charity trip. Some places like mid valley or pavilion, with many diff entrances, you can play.

This Friday is considered a very louzy friday. 7-9am block, I only got 2 trip each, most of the times wasted negotiating with riders due to the pick up distance which was too far, like 2-3km away. Clearly not many drivers around. Too many cancellations during that time. On a good Friday, I would make extra RM30-40.

Which is good la... because that ping is RM16. If the ping is at 6.00am, then no incentive already for RM16 trip. RM20 -20% = 16. And then at 6-7am block, i got 4 + 7 + 6 jobs. Must know how to count bro.

Early morning trip has high rate, RM16 is only like 9km, sumore to KL. Sure take. The time of ping depends on when the rider made the booking, not really the time when we accept it. We might online at 6.00am but if the rider has been searching for driver since 5.59am, it will still count as 5.59am. And all the time, when i accepted a booking at .00, i will call the rider first and ask them to check the booking history. If rider say .59 and that previous hour block I already had 4 trips, chances is, if the trip is more than RM5, I will cancel myself.

No, its not about this timing. Some riders press even before reach destination. Some riders dont even do it. They leave the app as it is until the want to make next booking. Its always about location.

Of course genting is better.. genting is not fixed rate, got surcharge and then high demand surge. Driving to genting is not that boring. Chances to get a trip back is still very slim tho but i never waited more than half and hour. If half an hour no ping, i go back.

Used to be fixed rate RM110. Now is based on km + RM50 surcharge + demand surcharge (if any). I checked on rider app, when really2 high demand, the price from KL can be up to RM180. I never kena before. If kena, sure take.

Yes.. take phone with me. Petrol stations, mamak shop. If pick up at hotel, while waiting for rider to come down, i use lobby toilet. Sometimes when I have rider with me, i asked them if its ok to stop by at petrol station. Most of them understanding enuf but i do it very quickly. Need to maximize the online hours.
