Do GrabCar got Guidance on their customer apps?
They should add a guideline on the apps , so that customer can refer to about the drive they choosen
Example
GrabCar(Economy) - Max 4 passenger
Multiple Stop - 3min max waiting time
Rideshare - 2 passenger max
etc
Or that once a new customer registered , they should read all the rule on different drive. ( in apps )
In our dreams la grab want to educate the riders. GrabShare they never mention to riders that they will have to share the car with other riders.
GrabCar never mention max waiting time.
Rider etiquette is not mentioned.
The only way for us the get grab's attention is to boycott the sea games. This semua org jgn drive.
Alot of the stuff that were demanded by drivers for transparency has not been implemented.
Such as rider rating, cancelation fees, timers, all have been requested before but grab is not moving at all.
