Yesterday encounter one weird booking in high fare

Pick up location - In front of Menara Kembar Plaza Rakyat
Drop off - Lee Chong Wei arena

Immediately accept then receive call from rider, stating he pin-point wrong location and ask me to pick him up at Nu-Sentral while he is sitting in Teh Tarik Place. As the traffic is quite congested, i talk and smell something fishy behind it and why he didn't cancel off after knowing wrong pick up location. Reasons i could think are:-

1. Rider wanna get car asap because of shortage around brickfield and kl sentral area.
2. Rider wanna save some money by pin-point the junction there (If pin point nu sentral sure extra 1km+ by rounding back to Jalan Travers)

Immediately report CS regarding this issue to cover my back side.

U should charge him RM3 and leave remark to CS

Grabshare in congested traffic is certainly nightmare, but for me the route is ok.

The main problem is, Grabshare can easily jeopardize your credit rating and cancellation rate. Imagine fetch a rider with strong odour, then come 2nd rider, confirm rating drop due to that issue

Then another scenario, took grabshare but didn't get priority, rating sure drop

Then another scenario, waiting for 2nd rider for more than 3min, cancellation rate increase, if wait too long 1st rider not happy and rating drop again

Not easy nowadays, u better think twice before moving full time. Grab can easily slash incentive and rating is really hard to maintain with 4.7
