If Uber or Grab does not suits you, there is always the Taxi, or you can drive, or employ your own personal driver

The dude who books for ppl as part of his part time job is more sucky than us kuli drivers. Hahha

Point 3. Omg. U think grab compensate for calls? Chat feature is there for a reason. Want to book for ppl? U better make sure u see it through until actual pickup. Meaning, chat with driver when there is any ambiguity. Alternatively, phone the driver at YOUR cost to clarify

Else. Dont bother book grab. We drivers am so grateful that u book at least 5 rides a day. Pftt.

Also. If u only book gc or gs, pls dont expect king treatment. U can book grab premium/executive instead and put in notes 'make sure driver hat and driver coat is on when picking up'.

Is this flarestar legit? I mean. He is getting all this promo codes and sell to ppl for a profit. Irrespective of his business plan, i believe he is frauding grab.

Reason:
1) he earns 10 bucks for every 25 voucher given out. The voucher value must be reimbursed by grab to drivers. Hence grab lose money to this bullshttr while he earns

2) must be an inside job within grab to give all these voucher codes. Im suspecting a 50-50 split

Anyone want to report the bugger?

Book for elderly, family members etc is fine. But the bugger here is making profit for promo codes that is probably given by some corrupt grab staff (his friend/family).

Worrying thing indeed. Hope such 3rd party booking is weeded out.

3rd party booking is not illegal but your means of getting the codes (and earn off it) is very very shady.

How did u earn rm25 promo codes a piece on the first place? Answer that first and stop talking cck.

Just check driver app rm15 off needs 1.8k points. So rm25 need how many?? Lol. Y no use uber? No family/friend there to do inside job issit??

And u think all drivers all dumb issit? There are engineers, bankers etc who has been unfortunately impacted by the crap economy.

Pls do us all a favor and bug off from this particular forum.

Hopefully can get identity information and report to grab. I had a passenger who is linked with top mgmt with grab and maybe i can try to contact her abt this prob.

I think there is an easy solution to this problem. Tell grab to double check all rm25 promo code rides to verify if its legit.

Im sure they will be able to do check and balance on the source of promo codes by questioning those that use it/ ban them for repeated abuse.

Lets be honest, grab cant afford rm25 reimbursement every time while some booker earns from frauding.
