There must be some kind of settlement behind the scene that is so good the victims cant refuse

Scammer's dupes and sympathisers such as penanghome, Coup De Grace and some others already surfaced and identified. Their nicks no long creditworthy in trade zone too.
/k mission completed.   

Now /k should let victims to take over the thread or let the thread die down if victims are not interested to pursue the matter.

Coz he scam with his father's account.
If all go make police report against his father, his father will be in deep shit.

My sincerest apologies for my insensitive actions to all victims and netizen in Lowyat.net platform. I very quickly realized my oversight/omission was totally inappropriate, inexcusable, and disrespectful.

I can only imagine the hurt/embarrassment/awkwardness I have caused to all and I hope that everyone will allow me the opportunity to express my apology. I would appreciate the opportunity to put right my wrongs and prove to you I have learned from my mistake.

I will of course accept I may have caused irreparable damage and remorse in future.

I think victim only interested getting money back.. So any victim already got refunded?

First of all, I'm over with this guy so dun and stop keep tag me or summon me.

I gave my advise d, people ignore my post so I don't even bother to reply any thread anymore.

1. Yes he is still seen in town

2. Make police report, JUST FREAKING MAKE THE POLICE REPORT!!!! 100 PEOPLE GOT SCAM 2 POLICE REPORT HOw POLICE WANNA CATCH EVEN THEY WANNA TRY DOING IT??!!??!!

3. Don't be in denial and delusional he will refund.. lose that hope.. MAKE YOUR PHARKING POLICE REPORT!!!! Ting Seng Hui is a professional manipulater. Even you meet him in real life he still can manipulate u.

4. I tried to help but people tot I just comment for fun so I gave up.

5. Ask admin to trace the ip where his account posted it, afaik all the account associate to him is him and has been posted in his chair at his house in Miri.

You guys can continue dig his info but that's all u gonna get.. all I know about him is that much, it's been so long ago and he got his family I got mine to take care.

My final advise is JUST MAKE THE FREAKING POLICE REPORT!!! ITS FREE!!!

AND STOP TAG AND SUMMON ME. THATS ALL I CAN HELP. You guys got so much info and do something about it.
