For prepaid and postpaid telco, usually you will get your top up or payment cleared within minutes.

For utility bills, usually the payment is cleared within 1 working day through official portal like https://www.mytnb.com.my and https://mytm.tm.com.my/. Please allow up to 3 working days for the portal to update your payment (Usually it's cleared on the next day).
