yes, this is what i wanted to tell MCC is country (malaysia = 502), MNC is operator (webe = 153, maxis = 12, UM = 18, etc)

30922507 is not Cell ID, it is ECI (enodeB + cell ID)
Cell Id that is 11 in this attachment.

Did a little research : ECI = eNB *256 + cell ID
so : 120791 * 256 + 11 = 30922507

may be you can try enter this "####1040#" on your dial pad, it should show network status.
