What does Delivery in Progress mean actually? I placed my order last Saturday until now I still cant track my shipment.

Do I need to present my IC when receiving the package? I just checked the status on the website it says package received but I wasn't there?
Im living in campus btw. The address I gave them is the office and the office is closed now so I cant check. |
