I try 2 usb modem both also can connect.
I think all usb modem can connect as long we plug in directly to usb port of the laptop.

Also u will need to pay to tether in whatever method u using to shared. No bypass.

Finally someone understand. But webe is different because the underground is by their parents company that's so I can offer more then the telco in US or UK because some off them don't own the underground cable so that's why they switch model after a while.

Web GUI is something like you use browser to do setting on the USB modem.

Anyone tried with one of those old celcom/maxis usb modems? Abt to jump ship but dont wanna waste rm80+ if cant use 😅 also if using those 3g-only modem how's the speed? Good or just so-so?

based on info posted, yes can be used. but I think the modem is 3G only right..

as for port over. I think u better take new number.. don't take risk using current number.

or u can ask around the people at your place about webe service. if confirm okay. then use current number.

am totally agree with your idea. i also hope that webe will never offer hi-speed download for p2p. it will affected other user.
