Hi guys, my fon doesn't support 850 mhz LTE = I cant utilize 4g at all?

The 3g speed is very slow even though it's midnight.. around 600kb only

can I port out now? How about the 106 I've paid (1 day ago), can be refund or forfeited?

For me "Quota" is defined as data usage in Weekdays and Weekends are separate. Like other telco, they grant certain quota from Monday to Friday. Even worst, some telco restrict the speed to HSDPA instead of LTE from Monday to Friday (still exists... IDK....).

Example, Celcom First Gold plan. It offers 10GB "quota" for weekday. While on Saturday and Sunday, it is limited 2.5GB only. If you exceeded 2.5GB on Sunday afternoon, it will continue to deduct the "Quota" from weekdays...

webe is totally unlimited data and no quota at all. Can download/upload 24/7 anytime and anywhere (so long as there is Celcom coverage or 850MHz LTE coverage...)

I highly doubt that. Even 1000Mbps needs about 26 seconds. Maybe in a few more years. As for Malaysia to hit critical mass, it will need decades.

I understand that webe gives discount to those who use Certified phones.  Anyone know how much is the discount ?

Also does any phone with band 5 qualify as certified phone , or only those on the list on their website

A Friend used to use U-Mobile, it was cheapest and has most GB, but ping times very slow

depend on area and choose those provider give u a stable / fast line.

Took me less than 24 hours from Celcom to Webe.

Sunday registered on Webe counter, received port out SMS within 30 minutes.

Next day morning 11am Celcom no service then change sim card to Webe then direct can use already.

make sure your phone got LTE Band 40 (TDD 2300MHz) as they are rolling out soon~ Hope can get 110Mbps as advertised~
