u don't get rm2 rebate immediately.

coming Jan bill, let autopay do the payment. once successful, your Feb bill will have rm2 rebate.

then Feb bill, autopay do payment. once successful, your Mar bill will have rm2 rebate.

rinse and repeat....

the rebate is 1 month later, after each successful payment.

how did u know not activate?

for new sim, insert into phone and use. it will automatically activate and billing will start on the day of activation.

rm1 is authorization to ensure your card is legit. merchant won't claim that amount, thus not deduct actual amount from your account.

same like how it's used for Uber, for example.

if really deducted, claim back from webe.

correct, webe confirmed ipay88 issue, let them sort it out.

if working correctly, rm1 should not be deducted from ur account. it's just preauthorization.

same like petrol station, rm200-250 preauthorization amount. later actual petrol amount is charged.

current charges = billed amount

total amount is net amount, after billed amount deducting upfront payment that you did during registration.

for this, your payable amount is -ve, so no need to pay this month.


if you view the PDF bill at Page 1, you can see the breakdown clearly. how much are charges, how much are payment received.

p/s: The standard accounting way is always to show negative numbers in parentheses. If you want to appeal to primarily financial professionals, that's the accepted practice.

those got bill shock now because all subscribed in Dec 2016, and proration happened.

upfront payment is just payment (pay first).


meaning, like prepaid lo, billed first, then use, then pay.
