so i try to buy online, after i put in my ic number there it shows i got outstanding balance with another service provider.

so how do i check that "outstanding balance".because now i use tunetalk which is prepaid, already port out from maxis around 7 years ago. which i dont think can be port in without settle any balance.

Bro, check with previous telco before ported to tune talk. I had my experience once when i had with digi when i port to maxis. It has the balance of average charges before the next billing cycle.

After slotting my Webe SIM into them but when I plug it into USB port it only shown as CD Drive(E:) Maxis Broadband. The connection manager did not to pop out? What am I suppose to do after this.

You try Google your modem connection manager, download and install. See it how. Mine using ZTE need to download driver for Windows and then connection manager software.

I am trying to find, but supporting software/driver seems to be from 3rd-party and not ZTE itself, in fact not even listed in ZTE websites, there is one for TelecomNewZealand but scared it is customised.

BTW how to checked if a usb-modem is locked for MaxisBB only, n how to unlock?

Actually mine also downloaded from other site. If not mistaken, modemmfiles.com. In ZTE somehow can't find it. At least it work.

after complain many times, webe promise me to pacak full 4g in my area. this is my first post n will came back later after done pacak in january 2017.
