haha true also... just that the unlimited data is really attracting...too bad my area takda coverage

Another typical misunderstanding... webe has made a big mistake by hyper-promoting their 850Mhz ... Now all Malaysian mindset already fixed that if no Band 5 or 850MHz, can't subscribe webe..

FYI, webe is Celcom, PERIOD!

I hv to promote this way so that ppl will erase that webe is 850MHz...

Remember, webe "IS" Celcom!

Received 1st bill tru email... Now its clear... For those who still confuse can check your bil... 1st month prorate... The charge we paid for rm100 will cover for 2 months bill... Have to top up/add for 2nd month if needed...
*
Ur not alone or the 1st to encounter the "bill shock" syndrome... We'll see more similar posts soon and in 1st Feb as well...

webe price is cheap, but cannot tether using mobile phone is a big no. I need to tether daily from my phone to another phone and iPad mini 3 all the time. If switch to webe, I cannot do it.
*
Another misunderstanding which webe needs to fix.

webe "is" Celcom.

Can tether but pay RM6.36 per 2 hours tethering...Celcom & other telcos are free to tether...

Yep. Just as u guys said.. webe is prepaid. Thanks for the clarification guys!
*
Dude... please censored your phone number.... later got spam tele-marketing calling you every 1 hour... LOL...

Your "fixed"/"typical" prepaid bill starting from next month on-words...

webe mobile charges:
01/02/2017 - 28/02/2017 = 199.00

#webenow discount:
01/02/2017 - 28/02/2017 = (120.00)

Total Line 1 Charges = 79.00 (forever...!!! unless tethered, calling 1-300, calling special numbers, IDDs and other "unknown actvities").

This is the main reason for me too. Unlimited quota, i only use my phone for reading manga, iflix, reddit, youtube and browsing. I dont mind if its slow as long as it doesnt buffer like hell and so far everything work just fine. I dont have to worry about quota when im outside and bored out of my mind if i want to watch iflix.
*
Dumped iFlix... get NetFlix instead...
