mine is same as u coolman91, 5.9 across all.

vista ultimate 64 bit.
spec is on my siggy.
normal DDR800 ram downclock to 680 (5-5-5-15)

2 match my cpu fsb. 1 : 1 ratio for best stability.
as mention in my siggy, OC to 3.06 wen gaming, dats 340 x 9. (highest stable OC i can get wit default vcore of 1.25)

memory multiplier set @ x2 so 340 x 2 = 680Mhz

my WD 640GB 7.2k RPM 16mb scores 5.9

PC wizard description show 100.5 mB/s

actually i dun get it.
how does vista rate ur HDD? from wat i c, its more like capacity den transfer time.

technically speaking, wit same HDD model, is not likely dat higher capacity will beat lower capacity HDD in transfer time.
so said, how can ur 320GB score lower den my 640?

ps, in terms of performance, cache doesn't means much........

dats consider good already for lappy.
usually i c 1.0 or 2.0 only.

btw, last time during pc fair, i saw dey display 1 pc which scores 10/10............
@ dat time, strongest GC also 8800GTX only.

may b i remember wrong but how dey max it?..............

if u go pc fair last time, u shud b able 2 c it.

@ dat time, vista just launch, no service pack yet.
also, best GC @ dat moment is still 8800 ultra which sells bout RM 3k+.

as i remember is its shows max out only.................i dun remember the exact figure, my point is it is max out.
i haven't try vista @ dat time so i din bother o 2 surprise bout dat.

how com ur vcore so high?

btw, E6300 can easily push up to 2.8 ~ 3.0 without adding vcore.............

i think b coz ur RAM is running @ 667, try 2 OC it la...............

my 16mb 7.2k rpm hdd also 5.9
