That white tissue bedding is tissue la. The rest of the grey pellets is BC.

BC 2kg(5L) - RM18+
BC 5kg(15L) - RM45+
BC 11.6kg(35L) - RM90+

Woody pet 13.6kg - RM50

Now I'm trying to save cost, buying BC and woody pet and mix together. Not bad, still waiting to see how long it lasts.

Woody pet is RM3.6/kg
BC is RM7.75/kg

You mean running on top of the wheel instead of in it right? lol

Some of my syrians did that. If you're fine with it then let it play that way, if not, then take the wheel out.

Just changed my gerb's tank to let them have more space and toys. Now Roger and Blacky have thicker bedding to dig in and more toys to play with.

Got some other ways la, such as playsand and there is also a new bedding called Katy that's basically grinded fine hardwood.

I would say Delikate is better. It doesn't have the strong pine smell like chipsi classic. Dust content is also quite low and my gerbs are on it, they seem to enjoy digging around.

Yesterday was playing thumping with Roger. When he thumps, I thump back, made him excited. lol

If you prefer a safer alternative, you can get Kaytee Aspen instead. Pet Family usually carries some.

Aspen wood is hardwood. Hardwoods do not contain any harmful phenols like pine or cedar. It's considered safe.

Aspen is recommended more for gerbils and other small mammals that don't produce strong odour as it's not very strong at suppressing smell. I like the fresh smell of aspen though.

Have you tried aspen before though? It has a very fresh smell, not the woody smell at all.

I think the one she's talking bout is LM Animal Farms Shredded Aspen or the one under Sluis. I think la.

The one pet family has is the one I posted the pictures. Nope, PW used to have LM farms Aspen, now don't carry anymore. I can get the Kaytee Aspen if anyone would like to order with me.

Go and get the last pack!!! It's labeled wrongly as pine so it's only RM19+. Lol

They labeled the aspen as pine.

Kaytee pine is quite ok because they kiln-dry the pine so most of the resins and phenols evaporate.
